Is the deposit a fee?
No. It’s prepaid purchase credit on your account, and every dollar is spent on product at your tier price. Deposits are non-refundable and can’t be cashed out or transferred, so start at the tier that fits how much you actually order.
Why are the vials unlabeled?
So you can sell under your own brand. Each box holds ten vials of one product, with the box labeled on top so you know exactly what’s inside. You label the vials yourself, so there’s no labeling fee.
Why 10 per product?
Unlabeled vials are boxed by product, ten per box, so every order goes out clearly identified. You can put as many different products as you want in one order.
What if $3,000 is more than I spend in a month?
That’s normal for smaller practices. The deposit isn’t one big order. It stays on your account as credit and you draw it down as you order. At $1,500 a month in product, it lasts about two months. Accounts with no orders for 90 days may need to re-verify before ordering again.
Is there really no minimum?
At Tiers I–III there’s no minimum order and no minimum per product. Order a single vial and still get your tier price. Tier IV pricing applies when you order 100 or more of a product.
Can you ship straight to another location?
Yes. Any order can be dropshipped to another address for the same $10 per order, paid from your wallet.
How fast do orders ship?
Same or next business day, with no order cutoff time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day. Shipping is a flat $10 per order no matter how much is in it. It comes out of your account wallet, so you never pay for shipping separately.
Can I combine deposits to reach a higher tier?
No. Each deposit sets its own tier. To get Tier III pricing, make a single $10,000 deposit.
Who can see these prices?
Thalos doesn’t sell to the public. There’s no public store, and ordering is only available to approved accounts that have funded a tier.
How do I get approved?
Create your account on thaloshq.com. We verify every business by hand, usually within 24–48 hours, and then you sign the supply agreement. Requesting access is free.
Who is Thalos?
Thalos LLC is based in Corona, California. Our products are manufactured in Southern California, and every lot ships with a certificate of analysis.
